Wind Energy Projects

Feasibility Study Stage - set fee or time and expenses

Gaining planning and connection permissions - time, expenses and success fee

Project development - time, expenses and success fee

Installation - % of contract values

Operation, energy and carbon credit sales - % of ongoing sales

% according to scope of work, level of responsibility and risk taken

Initial consultation up to 2 hours  - no fee, expenses only

Rates from:                        

Hourly fee               £110

Day rate - Up to 8 hrs    £800

Otherwise flat fee and performance payments as quoted

Expenses:

Supplier or subcontractor fees as quoted

Mileage £0.45p plus £25 per hour

Overnight £100

Air / Rail / Taxi etc - cost plus £25 per hour

Fees and expenses invoiced monthly, otherwise as quoted.
